I have just got back from a week in Newcastle working on a new project with Castro Smith - we learned several valuable lessons this week 

1// never tangle your bunting 

2// maybe doesn't always mean no 

3//windy beaches aren't good for the brain or neck

4// eight hour megabus journeys are bearable if you have a window seat 

5// time not important - only life important.
